Today´s cake recipe is a Swedish chocolate cake, it is more a fudge brownie ( but better ) it is called kladdkaka! - Take a bowl and Stiff flour, Baking powder and cocoa powder well.. on the other side beat eggs till it become fluffy then add oil and coffee and beat well. Then add dry mixture of flour and fold it with spatula.. then pour this beater in baking tray and put it in oven
- I used 3 baking tray 1 is bowl, 1 is small pot(daghchi) and 1 8x8 size glass tray.
- How to assemble cake in bear shape.. I put that daigchi wala cake down then bowl cake on it and cut 2 circle shape cake from the glass tray cake and put these 2 circles on the bowl cake that become the body of the bear
- After that I pour some milk n condemsed milk mixture on all cake then whipped the whippy whip cream and add some melting chocolate for making chocolate cream and apply between all the cakes.. aftertaste I cut the ears from the glass tray cake.. For making hands, musel, leg I crumble leftover glass tray cake add some whippy whip cream and gave the shape of hands legs and musel as u seen in the picture.
- Then I whipped the whippy whip cream and apply cream on it as a plaster and put the cake into freezer for 30mins then I took off the cake from freezer and apply cream on bear cake for shape like a hair..
- After making bear almost done I made foundant by marshmallows n icing suger
- And made rose flower by red green blue orange purple colour.
- Then in the end I whipped the whippy whip cream and add green colour in it and made a grass that it's look like a bear is sitting in the garden.
