- Beat cream till soft peaks, add Oreo crumb and mix well
- Ganache: heat cream on double boiler till cream start bubbling from corners, remove from heat,(or microwave cream for 30 second),add chopped chocolate, leave 30 sec, mix well
- Assembling
- First layer: Take serving dish,spread brownie pieces on base, (break brownie in small chunks)
- Second layer: spread prepare custard, leave to set at room temperature
- Third layer: spread Oreo cream over custard
- Forth layer : spread ganache
- Garnish with cream and Oreo biscuits
