  2. Heat oil in kadhai add mustard seeds when splutter add cumin seed when splutter add cauliflower and potato saute for 2 minutes on high flame. Now lower the flame & cover lid and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Open lid add green chili ginger paste, coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt mix well, now add capsicum and tomato saute for 2 minutes, add coriander leaves & boil peas mix, saute for 2 minutes & turn off flame.
