- To the jaggery syrup add cardamom powder and let it boil. To the boiling syrup add fruit puree and mix well.
- When the mixture thickens,add grated coconut and mix well. Filling has to swirl around the kadhai.This is the correct consistency for Puran Poli. Let it cool.
- After four to five hours, the kneaded dough will be soft and it's ready to use.
- Divide dough into small equal ball's. Roll the dough flat and fill a tablespoon of fruit Puran and seal as shown.
- Roll the sealed stuffed Puran Poli into flat round shape and transfer to a tawa and fry as chappati without adding oil.
- Fry on both the sides until it's properly cooked on both sides.
- Serve hot Apple Banana Puran Poli with melted ghee.
