Steps to make Cheesy red sauce pasta:
- First of all take a pan, add one litre of water, boiled it put pasta with salt, and boil it upto five to seven minutes, after than collect starchy or boiled water for making pasta recipe and remain water should be drained.
- After then chopped onion and garlic, then cut the tomato from root side, then cut on the little bit on above side, for removing skin whenever we will boil it, now take a pan put on the gas flame, at medium flame add one glass of water put red chilli (remove the seeds inside from them) then and boiled it upto three to four minutes, then add cut tomato here for 30-40 seconds on high flame, just for removing the skin. Then insert this tomato at cool water and remove the skin from it.
- After then take a mixture grinder, grind it properly with little amount of water and make puree.
- Then take another pan, put on the gas flame and at medium flame put oil when heated put chopped onion and garlic, mix well and cook upto they become golden brown, then put tomato puree.
- Add salt, and little amount of water, then add sugar, black pepper, organo and mix herb then cook it upto another five minute when tomato puree becomes thick.
- Now add pasta mix well and cook upto one minutes then switch of the gas flame.
- After than take a deep bowl serve one table spoon of pasta now put over two table spoon of process cheese, then again put pasta over it and put proceeds cheese over it again then garnish with coriander leaves and serve it
