- Heat oil for deep fryingin kadhai on medium flame. Dip the par boiled potatoes in the paste and fry it in hot oil till crispy.
- Refry the potatoes for one minutes on high flame. Turn off the flame.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, onion, green chillies, 1 tsp salt.Saute for a minute on medium flame.Add 2 tsp red chilli, 1 tsp tomato ketup,1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 cup water. Mix well.
- Add cornflour mixture, mix well. Cook it for one minute on medium flame.Turn off the flame.
- Add 1tbsp honey, fried potatoes. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Garlic honey chilli potato is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!and
