The ingredients needed to make Ragi dosa:
  1. Get 1 cups Urad dal
  2. Take 2 tsp Methi seeds
  3. Prepare 2 cups Ragi flour

I have already posted fermented ragi dosa with urad dal which needs soaking and. The ragi dosa that I am posting today is similar to the Rava dosa I have posted earlier.

Instructions to make Ragi dosa:
  1. Wash and soak urad dal and methi seeds for 4 hrs or overnight.
  2. Grind them very finely and mix it with ragi flour and salt with little water for the required consistency.
  3. Let the batter sit for fermentation for 8 hrs
  4. Once the batter gets fermented mix it with little water and make dosa in a hot tawa.
  5. Pour little oil/ghee, turn other side.
  6. Tasty and healthy ragi dosa is ready to serve.

The only difference is the inclusion of ragi flour to the basic rava dosa recipe. Instant ragi dosa with finger millet flour, wheat flour in it. Check out other millet diabetic friendly recipes But after I started cooking, I buy ragi flour and make at least dosa with it once in a while. Ragi dosa is prepared using ragi flour or finger millet flour, rava, rice flour and curry leaves. Don't forget to include this healthy ragi dosa in your diet if you are suffering from high blood sugar.
