Resep Brambang Asem (Plencing) Solo - brambang asem merupakan makanan khas jawa tengah terutama solo,sesuai namanya brambang asem mempunyai aroma khas brambang ( bawang merah) dengan bumbunya yang dicampur terasi dan tentunya juga cabe yang pedas yang merupakan.
