I've seen some recipes call for minced meat but I'm honestly not sure what it is or where to even find it. I thought it was just a different name for ground beef for outside the US, but I have absolutely no idea Minced and ground are the same though some will argue that it depends on how it is prepared. Add garlic, spices and ground beef and mix well. I also added extra minced garlic along with some pomegranate molasses to give it more of a middle eastern flavor.
