  7. Squeeze the skin to extract the pull stuck to it
  8. Chop the pulp and add everything to a mixer and pulse it well till it combines
  9. If the mangos are not sweet enough, extra sugar can be added to it.
  10. Refrigerate for half hour.
  11. To assemble, in a shot glass add the thick kheer, layer with some crushed dry fruits, spoon the aamras and top it with more crushed dry fruits.
