  3. For Sambar;boil turdal and mix Vegs separately.In a Pan or Kadai put 2tbsp Oil in a medium flame,put mustard seeds when splutter,add curry patta,hing, whole Red chillies,saute for few minutes,put chopped Onions,fry till onion turns transparent, put tamarind juice,cook for 2to 3 minutes,add chopped tomatoes,stirr till tomatoes are soft,add Sambar Powder,stir for few minutes,add mashed and boil turdal and mix Vegs Cook for five minutes.
  4. Lastly serve hot with Idli and chutney
