  15. Make ready 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  16. Make ready 2-3 cashew nuts
  17. Get 3 Tbsp oil
  18. Take To taste Salt

Start by roasting sooji in a dry pan on low flame till nice aroma comes from it. Transfer that to a plate to cool down. Now take that in a blender and powder it. These are usually made on weddings in Pakistan.

Instructions to make Sooji Balls:
  1. In a wok roast the Sooji until you get an aroma. Set aside
  2. In another wok heat 3 Tbsp oil, add chopped ginger and chopped green chilies. Stir and add some salt. Stir and add coconut water. Boil
  3. Add roasted sooji into it and keep stirring so that there is no lump. On low flame keep stirring. Cover for 10 mins. Remove the cover. All water would have been absorbed. Stir and set aside. Cool.
  4. Knead a soft dough and make lemon size balls. Grease a steamer and steam for 10 mins. Set aside
  5. In a wok heat oil and add mustard seeds, whole red chilli, cumin seeds, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, curry leaves and keep stirring. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and add cashew nuts.
  6. Add the steamed Sooji Balls and smear all the spices into the Balls. Set aside
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander and lime juice and enjoy
