  1. Grease a cake tin with oil/butter. Line a 7 inch cake tin with butter paper/parchment paper.Also apply some oil in a parchment paper.
  2. Take 250 gms strawberry and Cut half of the strawberries into two halves and half of it cut into a dice.
  3. Take milk and add vinegar and mix it
  4. Heat up the cooker with the lid (Remove the whistle and place the wire inside the cooker).
  5. Heat the cooker for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.
  6. Place a sieve on a bowl then add flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda and sieve it.
  7. Add buttermilk (milk and vinegar mix), oil, vanilla extract and mix it. Add more milk if required. Continue mixing it until well combined.Batter should be in a flowing consistency.
  8. Pour half batter into prepared tin and spread evenly. Cover with the chopped diced strawberries.
  9. Pour remaining batter over it and spread batter over the top. Cover the surface with the halved strawberries.
  10. Place the cake tin inside the Pre-heated cooker and close the lid.
  11. Cook it on low heat for 40-45 minutes.
  12. Check using knife, whether it's cooked or not. If knife is clean it means cake is cooked.
  13. Take out & let it cool completely. Clean the edges of the cake using knife.
  14. Take out cake in a plate and sprinkle some powdered sugar over it.
  15. Strawberry cake is ready.
